Self-Love Journey Day 12

I was on a retreat, so I took a few days off

I’m having trouble describing the transformational portal I have been in the last few days.

I spent 5 days in Napa Valley with 13 women on retreat for the closing of our 9 month Mastermind.

We dance, cried, encouraged one another, hugged, held, and deepened in relationship. We threw a bachelorette party for our coach, and we created a joint hinge profile for the weekend. I can honestly say I have never experienced anything like this past weekend.

I have been sitting with the concept of self-love for a while, but I was able to see the fruits of deep love and acceptance as a devotional path.

There is so much transformation that comes from love and acceptance.

There is so much transformation that comes from devotion and commitment.

There is so much transformation that comes from being vulnerable in safe enough places.

There is so much transformation that is birthed when one-woman risks asking for what she truly wants.

A few weeks ago, I bought new glasses for the first time in years.

I realized that this season is a time for breaking old patterns and upgrading my life.

I’ve gotten to see myself in new ways through new lenses.

And what I see now is beautiful.
